- Desk Decision: Non-compliant manuscripts are rejected; others proceed to peer review.

6. Final Acceptance & Production
- Proofreading & Typesetting (7–14 days)
- Online First Publication (within 30 days) under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0
7. Ethical Standards & COPE
Full COI disclosures required. Plagiarism → automatic rejection. Misconduct handled per COPE.
